On the shooting incidents in Christchurch, we mourn for those who have lost their lives and pray for the welfare and health of those who have been injured.

The Federation of Islamic Associations of New Zealand (FIANZ), on behalf of all the Muslims of New Zealand, seek the prayers and support of all New Zealanders for the victims of this senseless act. We ask our Muslim brothers and sisters to remain calm and show patience.
